Welcome to the model health show. One of the most common things in this human experience is the experience of pain.

As it said, pain can be an incredible teacher. It can inform us about danger. It can inform us

about making different choices. But sometimes pain is there for no good reason at all. In fact,

whether it's physical pain or emotional pain, it can be incredibly detrimental, if not devastating in the lives of so many people.

Right now in the United States, approximately 50 million people are living with chronic pain,

just trying to make it through the day. And today's episode is so important and so powerful

because we're going to be addressing the root of pain and how pain is actually expressing
