Josh, tell us a little bit about yourself.

Thanks for having me guys.

I am an intellectual property entertainment lawyer at Prior Cashman.

So I do a lot of work in the traditional entertainment space, digital media and tech,

corporate and trademark.

Exciting, we're excited to have you on today because we're going to be talking about some

copyright and trademark drama.

If you guys have been in the news, you might have seen some wild accusations about

she and that fast fashion company that I feel like we see on every influencer everywhere.

I know it's so funny at first, they were just getting pushed back for like their influencer

trip.

And I was like, oh, this is who I would people think that this is a good idea to do.

And then I was like, oh, now they're in trouble for acronyms.

And acronyms usually mean legal things.

Yeah, so we're just going to briefly run down what's going on in the headlines for you.
