It's the 50th anniversary of the Sharon Tate murder by the Charles Manson family.

This is quite a story, and most of us know it because it's part of American legend, urban legend in some cases.

But what we do know is that four members of the Manson family snuck into the home of Sharon

Tate and Roman Polansky, the famous film director.

And Polansky wasn't in the home at the time,

but Sharon Tate was with three other people,

and they were brutally and savagely murdered.

Our guest tonight, J.C. Nova, is the host of a podcast called Death by Misadventure.

And we're going to be talking about the Sharon Tate murder, the Manson family,

and what happened exactly 50 years ago tonight in California in that home.
