I'm Pete Samson from the home office this week, no longer at a Marriott property somewhere in a nondescript part of the country.

Just a programming note for next week if you're a shamrock live listener there won't be a

shamrock live a week for today as the rave is on it's by week so i'm going to take that afternoon

to recharge a little bit as nondon rame football probably could use as well i guess i don't have the

excuse of the terms though but as usual if you're new to the show, thanks for joining. If you've been here before,

you sort of know how this works. It's kind of our sports talk radio, but with sanity, you can hop

in the queue and I will call you to the stage to ask your question, or you can just post it

in the chat like Clayton Em just did.

But the show works best if you hop in the queue and can ask your question that way,

that way it feels a little bit more interactive.

Is Marcus Freeman's runway running out?

And, you know, it's like you probably saw the news today that Father John Jenkins,

the university president, will be stepping down at the end of the academic year. So that means Marcus Freeman will go into year three with a new president, a new athletic director, and also a new chairman of the board

of trustees, which is a bit dicey if you're not the guy that the previous people picked. So,

you know, is the runway running out?
