It took me about two months, but I finally made it out to the ballpark for the first time this year, watching the

twins beat the White Sox was a really good time. Actually, it was my first time to Target Field in like

two years, which is crazy. That's okay. Yeah, to be fair, they haven't given me much of a reason to come back.

But you know what, Eric, I'm doing good. It is the summer months officially, and so I'm rolling.

We're headed to the dog days quicker than you might think.

On today's show, we've got the captain's report.

This is actually kind of going to be more like the captain's log, because we're just going to be a little bit more conversational than news because there was not much news this week other than one big one at shortstop going on the IL and we'll talk about that in just a second and then we're going to do a segment called sunken ships where it's basically like, who were we wrong on? Where did we go wrong,

whether that's players that we thought were going to be bad and they're now good, or players

we thought we were going to be good and they're now bad. And then we've got who we're

excited for rest of season. Before we officially leave port, we release a new episode every Friday.
