To episode 53 of The Authentic Sex Podcast. My name is Juliet. I'm a sexologist, a sex and

relationship coach and a tantra practitioner. And I'm here today to talk to you about the seven

foundations of a happy sex life. Now, I'm talking about this topic because I feel like what I'm going to speak about

is often left out in the world of sex education and I feel like there's a lack of holistic sex education in the world.

And I also think lots of people want the quick fix, but I do believe that, yes, I could give

you a couple of things that are a quick fix, but they're not going to fix your sex life long term.

And they're definitely, if your sex life doesn't need fixing, they're not going to enhance it.

However, what I'm teaching today are things about life that I believe really can impact us long term. So this podcast is great if you

want to learn about how to set yourself up for a really great life, full of great joy,

great sex, intimacy connection, pleasure, abundance, and have a life that feels really sexy

and turns you on instead of just having a small part of your life that's sexy as in your sex life.
