If somebody calls themselves a life coach and they're trying to get you to hire them,

run the other way.

Anytime there's an area of my life that I want to level up, the very first thing I do

is hire a competent coach that has the expertise and experience to pour into me so that I can

improve.

Knowledge without execution or implementation or without action is utterly useless.

More fun.

Fear and doubt all that stuff is true, but at the end of the day I just look at people

who don't do anything with lives and I go, you would rather be miserable than uncomfortable

and you don't want it bad enough.

What the elite understand is, if you keep doing what you've been doing, you will keep

getting what you've been getting.

If you don't like what you've been getting, you need to change what you've been doing.
