Today, we'll delve into the mystery of life and the wisdom you're already living. Something unknown wants to be known. A mystery that doesn't want to be known will just keep

retreating the closer you come to it. The mystery of life doesn't behave that way. Its secrets are revealed

immediately if you know where to look. But where? Well, the body is a good entry point into life's hidden dimensions.

So let's talk a little bit about the wisdom of the body.

Your body is not who you are, it's a reflection. It's an

experience of who you are. Actually when people say, what is the body made of?

You know, you can answer this question on many levels.

Is the body material?

Is it made of matter?

And if you look at that idea, you'll see that matter is also energy.

And so is the body made of matter and energy at the same time.

We know that it is, right?

You move your arm up, that requires energy.

The arm itself is presumably matter.

You can look at the body as material, as energy,

but you can also look at the body as information

because energy carries information. Wiggling your toes is a different

kind of information than going to Hawaii. So every thought, every intention carries both energy and information.
