Welcome back to Daily Breath, this is Deepak Chopra. Today we are continuing our journey into the self.

A journey without distance from the South to the South. You know, remember that poem of T.S.

Elliot, we shall not cease from exploration and the end of our exploring will be to arrive where we

started from and know the place for the first time.

So when we seek enlightenment,

then we refer to ourselves as seekers.

So I am right now referring to all of you as seekers otherwise you wouldn't be joining me here on daily breath

Seeking is another word for chasing after something.

Maybe you're chasing the love of your life because you seek her or him.

Maybe you're chasing money because you think it'll make you happy.

Maybe you're choosing success. At all times people are seeking something or the other and that somebody did not

reflection what do I want it's a very simple question that actually most people

don't even ask themselves but if you ask what you want

then your higher self will tell you exactly what you want and whether you can even

ask well yourself will this make me happy and whether you can even ask,

will yourself, will this make me happy?

And your heart self will tell you.

There's no risk in asking questions of yourself.

Never a risk in asking question of yourself, never a risk in asking questions of yourself because when you get the answer,

it'll be from yourself and it'll be from your heart self, especially if you can go into

meditation and sleep on it. But as we look at our own history, as I look at my own history, my seeking has been in two directions. So as a young medical student and a

young doctor and trying to make a living, all my seeking was about material things, buying a good house, driving a
