Since we are on the topic of happiness a lot of people these days are very agitated

about the fact that the news is causing a lot of distress. People are concerned about

violence, war, terrorism, economic disasters, poverty, social, economic injustice, switch it off and start

to decide what are you going to do to create a more peaceful life for yourself.

How are you going to not be at war with yourself, with your family, with your friends, with your community, with your nation,

You do that one person at a time and you will not have war in your life.

with consciousness, with awareness.

I have nine rules on how to solve any conflict

lives. So here is the nine rules. Number one, treat your enemy, your adversary, your competitor with respect.

If you don't treat them with respect, you lose them step one. You can take somebody's money and they might forgive you but you humiliate them they will never forgive you

Okay, so there's nothing more important than first reframe your enemy as an adversary.

Then reframe the adversary as a competitor because they want the same things you want.

Then reframe your competitor as your collaborator and finally figure out how to make a deal
