1:05.0 | Sometimes you participate in a reasonable argument which turns out into warfare. |
1:12.0 | You attack someone without provocation. All these are examples of shadow energies |
1:19.5 | making themselves known. |
1:22.9 | So think of negative feelings like anger, grief, anxiety, hostility, resentment, self-pity, hopelessness. When you think of these feelings, feel your body at the same time. |
1:37.0 | If you remember any examples of these situations, then feel your body and bring your awareness to the sensations. |
1:47.3 | Obviously the sensations that accompany these feelings are not pleasant. |
2:00.2 | So feel these sensations and then ask to release them. As you ask to release them experience the feeling and follow the feeling where it wants to go. |
2:07.4 | Notice that the feeling will leave through breath or maybe a sound that emanates from you or even the release of bodily sensations. |
2:18.6 | And when you have a sense of release afterward coupled with an understanding of what that feeling meant, then you will have |
2:26.4 | cured the tendency of the shadow to break into impulsive, uncontrollable, what we call bad behavior. |
