I want you to imagine yourself that you have a house to sell. Your whole future is dependent on the sale of that house.

But because the house is in such a mess to say it mildly, because the house is literally falling apart.

Nobody is giving your house a look.

In fact, people will come, they drive in front of your house, and they stop for two seconds,

they look at it, and then they speed away.

They don't even bother coming inside.

People say to you, your house is worthless.

You know deep down that your house is falling apart and you know that.

Meanwhile, you are desperate.

You are absolutely desperate for the sale of the house.

Your future is dependent on the sale of that house. Just imagine the desperation now. Your whole life flashes in front of you and nobody is coming. Things are getting worse for you economically. All the material goods on God's earth that you have is in that house. But nobody thinks it's worth anything.

By now it's becoming a matter of life and death.

And right at that point of desperation, lo and behold, a buyer comes by.

And before you cover from the shock of seeing somebody coming inside to inspect the house,

the buyer insists on not only paying you more than what you're asking for,

but he insists on giving you a big deposit

up front. Now, you basically think it's a cruel joke. It's got to be hoax because this

just doesn't happen. I've been waiting for so long. I'm desperate. Nobody would buy

this house. But the buyer insists that he's not only going to give you 10% deposit, he's not

going to give you a 30% deposit, he's not going to give you 50% deposit, he's going to give you

a 100% deposit. And you say, repeat that again.

Well, you heard him the first time.
