Hello, hello, and welcome back to another episode of Fluently Forward.

Today on the podcast, we are talking all about the TV show lost.

Probably it's got to be top three TV shows of all time for me.

Also for so many others, I feel like lost, you know, nowadays I feel like you have certain

TV series, you've got Game of Thrones, you've got Westworld, you've got Breaking Bad, but I feel

like lost was really the first TV show for people to be like, oh, this is good TV.

Like this is not just a sitcom, this is not just, you know, something. This is a TV show that I'm

thinking about theories of it. I'm like hooked. There's all these twists and turns, and I mean

granted, you know, I'm only 29. So there probably was another TV show before this, but what, yeah,

it's my world. We're all living in it. So to me, lost was like the first TV show that really

gripped the nation right by the sack. So we are going to be talking about a whole bunch of things

about lost today. Obviously we're going to go over a little bit of what inspired the show,

some of the casting decisions around it. I'm always intrigued by stuff like that. And this show

was also known for having like an absolutely huge, huge cast. Like when I was looking at pictures

of how to promote this on Instagram, I was like, yeah, I'm not going to be able to fit all of them

in there. There's like 15 people on the show. Then of course, we're going to get into all of the

blind items about these folks on the show. And let me just say we're also going to get into some

of the true actual real life items about these people and their background and their personal

life. And I just have to say some of the real life items on these folks are crazier than the blinds.

I don't know if that's because this was all being filmed in like the early 2000s. And maybe people

got away with more stuff back then. But yeah, it's going to be a little, it's going to be an

interesting one. So let's first talk just a little bit, um, general thoughts on lost from me,
