Like even though they've seen this story many times where things are up and down in this industry,

they ride the good times and then as soon as it got bad they were like, dude, they weren't prepared.

I think my biggest lesson from all this is that I'm going to be very mindful of how I spend going into that season because when you get to a point where you make more

money than you've ever made it's very easy to think that money will always be

that easy to make problem about that too bro is that things are good, why is it that people like you, myself,

others who are at the top of the industry?

Why is it that we get these windfalls versus somebody else does okay but doesn't like fully

capture the opportunity.

The creation of building wealth and a lot of other things that I align with.

Thanks for how many man. Yeah so I think it's been I don't even know a couple of years since your first time on the show is back. It was the Ryan Panetta show back then. Yeah, and almost three years now. Yeah, three years now you move to Vegas. Yep. You're going to church now.

Dude, you got like your life's completely different from three years ago.

Yeah, that's a that's a great point to to start with is like I was in Reno for my whole life and kind of felt like out of

place like there's not much going on here it's a great town to like raise kids in and

have a family but there wasn't much going on. I was always having to travel.

And as my business started taking off

and as I started to get more opportunities

to speak and to do more networking,

I was just on the road so much.

And then we're like, well, we need to move to a bigger city and like my wife's from Vegas originally and we were always down here to visit her family

We're like well why don't we just get a second home in Vegas? So we bought a second home in Vegas in 2022 and then we're like, why don't we just live here?
