0:58.6	different realities. We've talked about quantum jumping. We've talked about reality transurfing,
1:05.8	meditation practices, breathing techniques using the subconscious mind.
1:18.9	But one of the most fascinating is the plat, as it was originally introduced by Vadim Zeeland,
1:23.9	and the assemblage point, and the way these things interrelate,
1:30.8	I have been experimenting with this for years. I continue to learn more and more about it,
1:38.8	and it works. This is a powerful way to instantaneously shift into the reality of your choice.

1:53.0	respectively both bring forward metaphysical concepts that they claim can alter our perception and experience of reality. In Castaneda's writings, the assemblage point is an energetic center
