And this week we're going to talk about me. My birthday, I turned 45 years old

yesterday. I know I don't look at day over 37 but it's true I'm 45 and so I

thought we could talk about getting old what it means how you feel about getting

old Louis has turned in 30 in a couple weeks and we all feel kind of strange about getting old and

I wanted to give you my perspective on how I've changed.

I distinctly remember turning 30.

I distinctly remember being 25 and kind of struggling through these

different age levels I couldn't be happier to be 45 to be honest I

can't wait till I'm 50 I just seem to get calmer better and just get

better perspective as I get older so I want to get your questions and find out what

you think but at the same time also I like to use my physical body a lot and it gets different as you get older

You can't do everything you used to be able to do but in a weird way I like how I'm moving now better than I did say 10 years ago when I was just trying to

bench press maximum and do all these other crazy things that younger men try to do and

that's okay too I get it so we'll be talking about that tonight but first I just want to check up on what's going on with us here at London real again I'm on Facebook live if you want to answer questions if you're watching us on YouTube you can type in some
