Certainly in the last five years about morning routines and a lot of people joking about

it, making fun of it, and a lot of people passionate about it.

What's your take?

It can be very cliche. I mean I feel like on

Instagram and Facebook and all that I'm getting cold plunge advertisements all over the place and that seems

a current once you say it out loud it's all over the place but no I've been hearing about it for a long time

and then I had my own kind of

epiphany with it where I started doing some dedicated things for myself every

morning and it really helped me kind of level up and take things to the next

level so I definitely get kind of the haters out there

because it can become very leche,

and kind of like rolling your eyes back
