This is the movement of the Holy Family, meeting people to Jesus through friendship, good conversation and the rosary. Welcome to our rosary meditation.

I sense that our lady wants us to gather together around her this Sunday, which is Pentecost Sunday, to be with her and to see with our own eyes just how many of her sons and daughters like you want to belong to her and help her to spread

the kingdom of her son and hearts.

So come out and join us and just as the disciples gathered around Mary for

nine days before Pentecost, we've been meditating on the way the Holy Spirit brings Jesus to us through Mary.

And today we meditate on the secret of Mary.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen. And let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Now, St. Louis de Monfort was probably the most famous proponent of consecration to Mary and he wrote

true devotion to Mary to motivate all people to consecrate themselves to our spiritual mother.

But he wrote the secret of Mary to teach us how to live the consecration.

Sadly, it's a secret because so few make the effort to live it.

In true devotion, Monfort writes, we must do everything through Mary.

That is, we must obey her always and be led in all things by her spirit which is the holy

spirit of God. I have said that the spirit of Mary is the spirit of God because she

was never led by her own spirit, but always by the spirit of God, who made

himself master of her to such an extent that he became her very spirit. That is why St. Ambrose says,

May the soul of Mary be in each one of us to glorify the Lord.

And may the spirit of Mary be in each one of us to rejoice in God.
