Welcome to another Mindset Monday.

Good to see you. Today we're going to talk about what it means what

happens how we can prevent it how we can deal with it is not having created a painting practice that you can rely on.

And one of the things that I think artists really underestimate is the insane power of consistency.

So I wanted to talk about that today

and how we can get a little bit more of that

in our studio practice.

So yeah, here's what happens when you don't have a consistent painting practice.

Your growth rate is completely slowed down stalled out. It stunts your exploration in your painting because you're not able to sort of gain that momentum and have thoughts follow you easily from one painting to the next.

It makes it really, really hard to tune into your voice and to nurture your own vision.

And the other thing that I've noticed that it does

is it reinforces this lack of belief
