And one of the things that I think artists really underestimate is the insane power of consistency.

So yeah, here's what happens when you don't have a consistent painting practice.

Your growth rate is completely slowed down stalled out. It stunts your exploration in your painting because you're not able to sort of gain that momentum and have thoughts follow you easily from one painting to the next.
