Summary
A California native, Chip Conley founded Joie de Vivre Hospitality, which pioneered the boutique hotel concept in over 50 properties for 25 years until he sold the company in 2010. After a stint as Head of Global Hospitality and Strategy for AirBnB, Chip founded the Modern Elder Academy, the first school dedicated to helping people navigate midlife and beyond. An author, blogger, and teacher, his most recent book is Wisdom@Work: The Making of a Modern Elder.
