by far, the biggest complaint that I've heard new meditators say is, I have a monkey mind,

0:11.5

which is a description of a mind that just won't shut off, that's erratic, and that seems to be

So by the end of this episode, you're going to have a much better understanding of how to

1:15.8

quiet your mind in meditation and how that will lead to increased enjoyment, not only in

1:20.4

meditation, but also in life, especially when it comes to not taking things personally in

1:26.1

day-to-day life. But first, my name is Light Watkins, and I started this channel to help spiritually curious folks

1:32.5

understand how to use their inner practices in a way that optimizes the other important areas

1:38.5

of life, including relationships, business, home life, and of course, how we treat ourselves.

1:45.3
