Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the show just to briefly before we get into this episode

and chat about lizards. I want to, I guess, apologize for missing a couple of episodes

this month. I've been away. I've been, I've been exploring some opportunities. Been on

a bit of a trip. I was trying my darnedest to be prepared and have a bunch of interviews

in the bank. I thought maybe I would do some on the road. And it was things were just

two wild and crazy. I'm still, I'm still learning how to integrate mind under matter into

everything else that I do with creating space for other things. And we kept up with mind

under matter had enough in the bank to cover the entire period that I was away. And that

show has a weekly episode, a weekly bonus episode, a monthly bonus episode. And so it was

kind of all that, all that we could do to get ahead on that fell behind on here. We

are getting caught back up now already recorded the episode for next week, which is a good

one as well. And lining up some guests have, I'm excited to have a good fall ahead actually

trying to, trying to scramble to get caught up in ahead again before I leave again, going

to Vegas for this, I'm seeing this Meet Delic conference going to LA to do some podcasts.

I just did, I did Pete Holmes. You made a weird podcast one of my favorite humans on Earth,

made my fifth appearance. And it's, it's one of my favorite podcasts. And I've been on

more than any other guests. So it's really cool and flattering that, that I get to be

a regular on, on basically my favorite podcast. So check that out if you like. And I've just

been busy. Generally, I just got super overwhelmed this summer. Fortunately, I was like, be

an active and getting some exercise because I just, I was also kind of miserable in certain

ways at the same time. It's because as things started opening up, I was just trying to figure
