Imagine you have a five gallon bucket and at one couple inches up there's this little

spout and you have little army guys, little minions, little Lego guys at the bottom and they're

all doing their job of like filling out buckets and putting a rig right over the spout and dumping it out.

And as long as you're putting in the right amount, those guys get trained on how to do that really

well. You get really good at removing and flushing lactic acid out of your body. But if you go too

hard and you pour too much in there, well now those guys drown, they're done. The bucket can't

drain out and it overflows and you have a mess and those guys didn't learn how to flush out the

lactic acid. You're just going as hard as you can filling up the buckets overflowing,

but it feels good because you worked your hardest. You worked your hardest and there was no doubt about

it. Okay, that's not the goal. The goal is not to do that. The goal is to get better.
