Baby carrots. They're on every Super Bowl snack platter. They're in millions of school lunches.

They're the carrot in cooked carrots. They're 70% of all the carrots we buy because we don't have

to wash them, cut them, or peel them. But here's the little secret about baby carrots.

Well, they're not actually baby carrots. They're harvested as full-size carrot taken into the

facility where they're cut into two-inch pieces and peeled and put in the back.
