Welcome to the Bad Broadcast. I'm your host, Maddie Murphy. Hello, everybody, hello everybody. Welcome back to a new episode of the bad broadcast.

We got to do it. We got to do it. We got to talk about secret lives of Mormon wives and I went back and forth on if I was

going to do this episode on the main feed because I can always be a little bit more open on the Patreon and I wasn't sure how I hadn't seen it yet

when I said I was gonna do it on the Patreon and I didn't know how I was gonna feel

about it what my feedback was gonna be so I thought let's just keep it on the subscription feed and I won't

worry about it as much but then I just have too much to say. I mean the note in my phone is a mile long.

I have so much that I want to discuss and let's give a couple disclaimers shall we my favorite thing in the world a disclaimer

we're gonna talk about the church we're gonna talk about it's gonna come up if that's not something that you want to hear that's totally totally fine As a retired Mormon wife I do have some insight on you know my

experiences in the church and relating to these women's experience anyway I'm

going to talk about that and I know it's not everybody's

cup of tea so no hard feelings if this is not the episode you want to catch.

The next caveat or disclaimer that I want to give I know we as all of us do this is a reality show so much of it is manufactured and

edited a lot of it's not a lot of it probably is exactly how it happened but I

think that we can all agree that these are characters that these women were playing on this reality show.

Not to say that, you know, again, that this is all inaccurate, but it would be impossible for us to know every single thing about every

one of these women and the dynamics and their marriage and their families

just by watching this show. So I know that there's a lot of context missing. I would never sit here and

say that any of these women are bad people. I have met a lot of them. I've

interacted with most of them on social media. Have had very pleasant experiences

with all of them. I think they're all great people,

great moms, bottom line. But they are on a reality TV show, so we're going to talk about the
