So we hear a lot about finding and strengthening your strengths, right?

Sure, you should figure out what it is that you're really good at.

I remember a time many years ago, back when I was working out two to three hours a day,

five to six days a week, I was working out at Gold's Gym in South Beach, Miami, and I complimented

this bodybuilder dude on his calves. I know, weird, but you should have seen him. They were

crazy. My calves were something I always struggled with. I had all the typical calf exercises in my own

routine, but they never seemed to grow like my other muscle groups. I just figured that they were

kind of like your jaw muscles, right? No matter how much you work them out, they aren't really

going to change much. You either have great calves or you don't. So I asked this guy what he did to

He explained that he lost many bodybuilding competitions in the past because his calves

were his weak spot.

All the work that he put into developing the rest of his body was eliminated because of
