So he was charged with going 114 miles an hour and a 45 mile an hour zone in Loudoun County. This happened on March 28,

2022. So today, there was, he was in court today. Had initially, he had been convicted of

reckless driving. In Virginia, that means that you could be punishable to up to one year in prison and a $2,500 fine.

So Davis appealed the conviction for reckless driving.

At first, was going to have a jury trial and then negotiated a plea deal in which he would have received no more.
