1:05.1	So he was charged with going 114 miles an hour and a 45 mile an hour zone in Loudoun County. This happened on March 28,
1:13.9	2022. So today, there was, he was in court today. Had initially, he had been convicted of
1:21.9	reckless driving. In Virginia, that means that you could be punishable to up to one year in prison and a $2,500 fine.
1:30.8	So Davis appealed the conviction for reckless driving.
1:35.5	At first, was going to have a jury trial and then negotiated a plea deal in which he would have received no more.
