topic evolved late last week. David, it feels like the SEC has declared war on crypto. Staking

is not a crime, or is it? I don't even know anymore with respect to what the SEC is doing.

What are we going to cover today, and who do we have on as our guest? Yeah, not just the SEC.

There is an entire cross-governmental agency-coordinated effort to really apply pressure to the

industry across many different vectors. What is going on? We're bringing on Mike Selig, who
