| 0:22.8 | The Season of Temptation. Now you need to call on God for help. Many of us don't call on God for help |
| 0:31.8 | because we use what we call willpower. And we think, you know, if I just tough it out, then willpower will |

| 1:46.6 | And finally, what happens is I get tired of the tension, and I let go, and I go off the diet. |
| 1:57.6 | Oh, you're listening. |
| 2:00.5 | Yeah. And I'm going to quit listening. Yeah. |
