Dakota and I are going to kind of run the show today. Ian's too depressed to host. The

too depressed to press to host.

I'm nervous.

Welcome back to the compound podcast presented by Parsi Rum. We could all use

some Parsi right now. I'm going to turn it over to the talent because I'm too depressed to host this

week's episode. Ian's in a tough spot right now. We can we feel for him.

Pure depression. What happens? This is what happens. It's right after the season

ends and it's just pure depression.

It was also just poor timing that we had to record another, I shouldn't say had to, but like that another

episode was coming out right after that series and so it was like well to

when you're really happy episode because you won the series or a real sad one.

When you texted today you're like what time of recording I was like oh boy oh boy

it was either going to be a great episode because we would have won the

series and then got to talk about it or was going to be like this and it was going to be extremely

depressing. I don't even know what to say.

You know what I will say about this season is for a very difficult year.

The Cubs are still Central Division champions champions three times in five years.
