So I have some friends who bought a mansion in Mississippi Delta.

And it's just been amazing watching them go through the renovations and turn it into an Airbnb and have parties there and all that and I've been lucky enough to be a part of this, you know, it's good to have cool friends, right?

So I was invited to come to this mansion that Eduardo and Sherry had fixed up and you know they bought it for a song it's a post it's not an antebellum mansion you know antebellum means before the war so it's not an actual

like plantation house I want to clarify that for listeners but it is a what

they call a postbellum mansion so you know like 1900-ish and it looks like an

old proper southern Mississippi mansion with the big colonial columns and the whole nine yards, right?

And, you know, I used to live in the Midwest. I am a southerner. I'm born and raised Memphis, so I'm very southerned. However, I've lived in the Midwest for a long time.
