Tonight's episode, the Sean Reyes lawsuit.

Yes, there have been a flurry, as you know, of lawsuits being filed by various parties,

most of them women against Tim Ballard and Operation Underground Railroad, and we have covered those

lawsuits. But now, in the last few days, a lawsuit has been filed not only against Tim Ballard

and not only against Operation Underground Railroad, but also against

Attorney General Sean Reyes, the current acting Attorney General of the state of Utah.

And he being a defendant in this case, there's a lot of new material in these allegations

in this lawsuit. It is filed by the same law firm that's representing the other individuals and

is filed, I think, all the other lawsuits. And let me see if I can put up here on the screen. There it is.

Okay. And I'm going to see also if I can make it a little bit bigger for you.

All right. So here's the complaint. It's Suzanne Whitehead is the name of the plaintiff versus Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes. Right there. First off, they list Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes and Timothy Ballard and also Operation Underground Railroad. There's their complaint. There's their jury demand. And here is what it

says in the introduction. This cause of action arises out of defendant Utah Attorney General

Sean Reyes,

unconstitutional suppression of plaintiff's right of free speech and defendants Tim Ballard's and OUR's conspiracy to silence a witness

to Tim Ballard's and OUR's fraud and deception.

Well, that's a very dense paragraph.

I'm sure it will be unpacked in the rest of the complaint, where they set forth all the facts.

Now, this is a 1983 action brought under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.

To redress the deprivation of plaintiffs clearly established rights is secured by the First
