That's right, in the dungeon.

And so, yeah, this week we decided to tackle, talk about the ladies a little bit, but specifically the idea of coming of age.

It's such a funny term, but the idea of women coming of age in horror movies, which is also kind of tied to one of your picks of the week, Chico.

Yes, so, yeah, so a few weeks ago on Fambros, I shouted out Ginger Snaps, which is one of my

favorite werewolf movies of the last, say, you know, 15, 20 years.

There was this huge renaissance of werewolf movies in the early 80s.

You know, Wolfen and American Werewolf in London and Howling all came out in the same year.

And, you know, werewolves have never achieved the, you know, popularity of vampires and zombies.

But like vampires and zombies, they do come out of, you know, the same sort of fairy tale mythology. And yeah,

Ginger Snaps is, you know, is a great, great movie. And it did spawn two sequels, um, neither of which I

have seen, although they both feature Tatiana Maslani, who just won an Emmy a couple of weeks ago,

um, not playing a werewolf.

It's obviously tied to her work.

Yes, but, you know, she couldn't, she wouldn't have gotten, because Ginger Snaps is actually a Canadian movie, and I'm pretty sure if In Black is a Canadian show.

Yes, it is.

Yeah, so Ginger Snaps, it's actually an older movie because it's from about 2000, right?
