There lived a legendary hero known only as the Scorpion Warrior.

His real name was Gary, and I say legendary, but to be honest, he was only legendary

to himself.

No one feared Gary that he didn't let that stop

him. He made himself a rather fancy helmet, shaped like a scorpion's stinger, covered himself

in shiny golden army, which squeaked when he ran, and practiced fierce battle roars in the

mirror every morning. Rha!

He would yell.

You sound more like a goose, dear, muttered his ground, sipping cactus tea.

Gary wasn't a very lucky person.

He had allergies to dust and camels and most forms of action, that he was determined to be a hero.

One day, letters arrived to every villager tied to a flying dung beetle, the Royal Postal Service in Dears. Posters appeared on every wall. They said,

Urgent, by order of Princess Fliberti, Gibbitt, the Goblin King has stolen the Moonstone. Brave warriors are needed to fetch it back, or else we shall owe me to terrible fate.

Darkness will descend for a thousand years. There is no time to lose. At last. A proper quest!

And there really wasn't any time to lose. The sun was already to begin, and the strange, cloudy

mist sprung up. Gary grabbed his scorpion staff, which also doubled as a backscratcher,

packed a bag of cheese puffs, and set out on his trusty steed, Colin the flatulent donkey.
