1:08.7	scam within the Scientology community. Unfortunately these these scams, especially within Scientology, are far from uncommon.
1:16.7	Only recently, David Gentile was arrested on five charges related to his activities within a
1:21.7	1.8 billion dollar Ponzi scheme, GPB capital
1:25.7	holdings. He promised what sounded like a reasonable return, 8%, and gained over
1:30.9	17,000 retail investors this way.
1:33.5	Yet David and his co-defendants use the money on luxury items like sports cars instead.
1:39.0	This case goes far deeper than typical greed though.
1:41.5	The Scientology Money Project explains that the seed money he got for a GPB came from a Russian crime boss in oligarch Michael Churney, who has connections to Putin himself.
1:51.0	Churney currently lives in Israel because Interpol apparently issued a warrant
