introverts. I feel I felt very lonely the last couple of weeks. I know our schedule there was

a bit of a travel situation but I am so glad that we're together for this. I know and I think today

what I'm excited about is as we push through so many important conversations around adversity

that we're getting to the heart of the matter today with Kurt Thompson. Somebody that has

mentored, coached, been a guide, been a part of our emotional health retreats. We do every

happening in late November but I think in general resilience gets defined here. We really get

into the heart of what you've written about in building a resilient life. Yeah and I was so

excited to have Kurt in for this conversation because he's been such a catalyst in this story,
