Summary
In this weeks episode, your hosts sit down with Dr. Olcha, a double board-certified OBGYN at Sama Fertility, who is also their personal doctor on their egg freezing journey! To start, Danielle and Jac share where they are at in their egg freezing process including Danielle’s anemia diagnosis and Jac’s discovery of an ovarian cyst. The three then discuss the importance of understanding one’s AMH levels and the correlation to understanding egg quantity and quality. Danielle shares that she has started back on birth control pills and Dr. Olcha explains the reason behind this and how it helps to synchronize the eggs so that they all start at the same time. They also discuss how Dr. Olcha will be helping Danielle to do at home ultra-sounds!
