Summary

In today's episode we have Tim Urban. He is one of the most popular bloggers in the US. He's got a TED talk about procrastination and is here today to clear up why human beings procrastinate, why we don't feel motivated, and why we don't get things done. He's also going to explain the evolutionary science behind procrastination, how to cultivate a sense of urgency, and  how we can override our own voice of procrastination.

Even Elon Musk follows Tim's blog, so learn how to get out of your own way, outsmart yourself, and just take action!
