Most people will think, well, how old am I, you know, I'm, I've had, you know, 50 birthdays, therefore I'm 50.

Well, that's your chronological age, but how old are you, really?

And that's your biological age, and we can look at all sorts of markers, as you know,

to see how quickly or not the body is breaking down.

Now, what we see in the research is that regular practitioners of this technique age more slowly.

And it makes sense, because we haven't got all that strain and wear into it,

and the body has a recovery mechanism, which is so profound.

and be more mindful, or maybe go through some ritual or consider, I don't know, focusing on the word

arm or whatever it is, but there seem to be so many different practices out there.

But what are they all? Do they all work? What should we be doing? How long do we need to be doing it?

And ultimately, you know, is it just a fad or is it something that is really going to help us?
