I want to talk today about being anxious. God's, God's antidote to anxiety. God's antidote to

anxiety. And I want to read to you from Philippians chapter 4, Philippians 4, beginning verse 6. Paul

writes, do not be anxious about anything.

But in every situation, by prayer and petition, with Thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds

in Messiah Jesus.

Let me read that again.
