So, to follow up on that ad Owen told me about, I checked in with a station manager, and he said any job postings were HR's responsibility, which I almost had to laugh about.

There can't be more than six or seven people working here,

so the idea that there's an HR department is a little amusing.

And whoever they are, I haven't run into them yet.

I mean, technically I've only met the station manager

because of the hours I work most of the time,

but I'm sure they're around somewhere and can answer what I'm sure they will think is a question that I have no real business asking.

But I will feel at least a little bit hurt to know that what I was doing for the company

had enough value to hire someone.

Just not me.
