There's no good way to describe the military data leak which risked the lives of thousands

of Afghans who had previously assisted UK forces and the unprecedented super injunction which prevented

the story from being reported. But as more details emerge, what do we actually know about who

is to blame, what this episode has cost in both pounds and reputation, and what it tells us

about how the state reacts when mistakes are made.

The story knocked Rachel Reeves off the front pages,

which the Chancellor might have been grateful for a week ago,

but this week she was making a big speech.

We'll check in with what she had to say.

And then some breaking news at the time of recording. The government has just set out some new reforms on voter ID,

electoral fraud and most eye-catching of all on lowering the voting age will give our reaction.
