Summary

Zack also updates us about the major election cases pending before the Court. | 0:49.8 | asking the Supreme Court to enjoin Pennsylvania officials from certifying the results of the November 3rd election in favor of Joe Biden. |
| 0:59.2 | On Tuesday, though, which was also the federal safe harbor deadline for certifying election results, |
| 1:05.9 | the justices entered a one-sentence order denying Kelly's request for an injunction. |
| 1:10.7 | The order indicated that Justice Alito had referred the request to the entire court, |
| 1:14.6 | and it indicated no dissenting justices. |
| 1:18.6 | However, another Pennsylvania election-related lawsuit, |
| 1:21.6 | Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Bukvar, remains pending, |
| 1:25.6 | and addresses issues surrounding the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's |
| 1:28.6 | order that election officials, among other things, must accept late-arriving absentee ballots |
