0:31.0	Pete Hague says, Secretary of War, cannot discipline Kelly for the comments he made about unlawful orders.
0:39.8	You remember Kelly and a bunch of others say,
0:43.1	you don't have to obey him, which was certainly subject to sanction.
0:48.3	But we live in a country where there are plenty of judges,
0:51.3	and one that made this ruling was an Obama appointee.
0:55.0	They hate Trump.
0:56.0	And anything to do with Trump, they're going to rule against it.
0:59.0	I don't know if the government is going to appeal.
1:01.0	I wouldn't.
1:02.0	Kelly, for most of his life, was a patriot.
1:05.0	I've lost respect for him now.
1:07.0	He fell into that hate Trump barrel, and that's what's kind of destroyed him in my eyes.
1:14.6	Also the Senate is not going to advance the funding bill for Homeland Security.
1:21.6	They needed 60 votes, that's the filibuster, and that went down.
1:26.6	Okay, so I think they got 52 and this is by design so we'll tell you
1:35.2	about what's going on in Minnesota in a moment but what the Democratic Party strategy is now is to
1:40.9	create as much chaos in the government as possible, going into the mid-term.
