0:00.0	Welcome to the reality revolution. I'm your host, Brian Scott. We have another mirror meditation. This is our second mirror meditation. This is our I Am Fire and Beauty mirror meditation.
0:22.5	It's very simple.
0:24.8	You're going to do this meditation in front of some kind of mirror.
0:28.4	If you're out and about and you have your phone,
0:31.2	you can use your camera and look into the phone.
0:35.0	You need to be able to look into your eyes.
0:37.5	I discovered the most powerful command and affirmation from the I.M.

0:49.3	This particular affirmation when read in front of a mirror is so powerful.
0:54.0	And when you read it enough you start
0:55.9	to see transformations literally in your physical body you are beautiful you deserve to feel beautiful
1:03.6	and you are not being egotistical in desiring or craving beauty you deserve to be who you truly are, which is beautiful.
