We're one of the hosts, thinks of safety, is what his mom puts on the gate to keep him out.

Not my best work, but I wanted to make a safety joke because a lot of safety note news these days, Kevin Clark,

I swear I speak English in host's show. How are you?

I'm okay, I'm so excited to talk safeties.

So much safety news and actually kind of interesting conflicting, confusing safety news.

Because on one hand, you've got a very young safety in bootabaker who is resetting the market,

became the highest paid safety in NFL history, four years, 59 million dollars of course being the highest paid NFL,

anything doesn't really mean anything.

And the other hand, you have Earl Thomas, who is arguably better than bootabaker and I want to talk to you about that,

does not currently have a home.

What do you make of those two stories in conjunction with each other?

Well, bootabaker is very good and we understand his versatility.

PFF had him, he played 460 linebacker snaps last year, 882, excuse me, his career,

8882 in the slot as a cornerback and then 708 free safety and then he's played 186 edge snaps.

And I'm a huge fan, even if it's just for trivia, I want my safeties playing on the edge.

That's funny to me and it just shows a level of physicality that again, he's not exactly going to become J.J.

Watt here, but it's just funny that he's so physical, he's able to do it.
