I'm Lauren's Holmes, thanks so much for hanging out here with me. I am wrapping up what is my final day at SEC Media Days.

I've been here for three days and I've really enjoyed it. It's been a good trip. I think I mentioned this yesterday in the Kirby Smart episode that at some point probably when I get home and have a chance to reflect on everything.

I'll do a pot about the experience of being here and while it was great to do something I think career wise is pretty

awesome that it was really the experience of kind of being back on the road.

And I mean, I guess I'm giving you a preview now.

I spent a lot of time early in my career traveling.

And it's how I got the opportunity

to see the country in a little bit of the world

was covering things in different places.

And I know that I've walked away from covering this thing liking Dallas more than I thought I was going to.

Now it's different when you don't have to work and you really don't have to deal with a commute.

I'm in a hotel that's across the street from where the hotel is that all this stuff is going down.

But I do like being on the road and I've enjoyed it immensely and being able to just by

happenstance like I didn't plan this out but being able to hang out with some of my best friends in the industry

And honestly like the three of them have actually become some of my best friends, period.

That was the highlight of the trip so far, but I'll do a whole episode on that.

And I appreciate the support.

I also I want to give a shout out to the folks over at Stadium.

So I've been doing a little bit of stuff with Stadium which is great

because I'm one of the people that kind of launched the network.
