football and doing a 24-hour fast as well, possibly longer, actually maybe longer into tomorrow

on that, doing a little early because I'm going to see if I

could push it a little longer with all of that.

The fasting is a little more difficult on doing vegan because it's just, I've not been

able to fast as nowhere near as long as I used to.

But I can, I can still go. Just I haven't, I haven't hit 72 hours

like I did previously before I went vegan. So that's not a bad thing either because of metabolism,

I think, is significantly increased with that. We're streaming guys on TikTok, the big guy ryeback 22 also everybody on ticot if you
