It's not good morning here in Vegas.

It's actually approaching the afternoon and running a little bit behind today with everything.

But it is a day off.

Just got to go knock out a Ryback TV video with a cool new place across town and do some serious cardio and conditioning.

We're going to talk about a few things today on these live shows.

Again, the format, guys, I'll still have guests on this show.

It's just a way for me to kind of take a break from doing guests every week.

I have a lot that I always want to talk about and try to share and learn as well from you guys and be able to have a more personal relationship with

my fans. I get emails and DMs and things all the time for people reaching out asking

for advice. And sometimes it's just easier to do that to the masses

regardless of what that number is uh on any of this and uh and just talking about things so but i'm

looking forward to that i uh i did i i did uh the mad dog plutonium number nine uh today not not for the
