Kimberley Strassel worried Democrats setting up Trump for failure, Conrad Black thinks Dems don't stand a chance against Trump. Germany to reopen next week, 35 states have lower case per million rate than Germany. Trump tweets about Cuomo, reopening Michigan, Minnesota. Let's see which states succeed and which fail.
